15th Annual Menopause Symposium

SEPTEMBER IS MENOPAUSE AWARENESS MONTH.

Speakers:
Lauren Streicher MD, Clinical Professor Ob/Gyn, Northwestern University Medical School. Dr Streicher will debunk the myths about bioidentical hormones currently propagated in the media.

Kathleen Uhl, MD, FAAFP, director of the FDA’s Office of Women’s Health. Dr Uhl will clarify the FDA’s process for educating women and other consumers about approved products for treatment of menopause and peri-menopause, e.g., HRT and accurate information about the risks and benefits of bioidentical hormones.
